Ian Staten
Ian was the official piper of the 2005 US Golf Open in Pinehurst, NC., and continues as the official piper to the prestigious Pinehurst Resort. He has extensive experience playing for weddings, funerals, parties, or any special function and has a full repertoire of tunes for any occasion. He has also played for many area Honor Guard funerals. Ian has been playing professionally for 12 years and has appeared on nationally televised broadcasts, and has piped for Governors, mayors, international dignitaries, and many numerous golf and Hollywood celebrities. He is available to travel, upon request.
Robert White
Robert is well known for his professionalism, and presentation, which includes a variety of authentic Scottish attire such as different color kilts, hats and daywear jackets and enjoys performing at various functions such as weddings, ceremonies, parades, parties, funerals, memorials and much more. Though he is a master bagpiper, his musical background also includes Guitar, Fiddle (Celtic) and Harmonica. Mr. White was a member of the former City of Oaks Pipe Band. He is also a member of Eastern U.S. Pipe Band Association, and the bagpiper for the US Army Special Forces Active Duty Personnel. Mr. White competes in the Scottish Highland Games and is an awards and medal winner competitor.
